SHIPPING : as of 17th jan 2011 we will only be dispatching orders on Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday the only possible exception to this rule will be for express satchels that are urgent ( if possible ) Thank you spacetrader AUSTRALIA DELIVERYS charges are based on weight and all charges will be seen before confirming your order we have a high volume account with Australia post and pass on shipping costs ( and savings ) direct to the customer to calculate shipping charges simply make an account , add products to your cart and click on checkout costs will be shown before you are committed to purchase.
These orders are fully traceable via the web site using the tracking number that is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. E parcel is a signature service however if you are not available when the driver calls you will be required to pick it up from the nearest post office. orders sent by Eparcel express will normally arrive overnight to main centres or within a few working days to rural centres , Orders sent using the Eparcel normal sevice will arrive in normal Australia post time frames, After we have packed your order and prepared it for pick-up you will get an email confirming that we have dispatched the goods and you will be given a tracking number .
WE do not combine shipping costs as our contract with Australia post is costed by the gram therefore we cannot ship second orders for free Please make your order in one go! as the cost of refunding partial shipping costs is not worth it for us ( order is charged at time of purchase and we are charged for each transaction even refunds )
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be sent using international post. International order shipping prices are based on weight (see above)
RETURNS : If your not happy, made the wrong choice or if you consider the goods faulty then you are welcome to return goods , dependent upon the following conditions being met....
Returns must be received at our office within 14 days of you receiving the order.
Items must be in the original state i.e. in the condition that we sent them. In the original packing. if apppropriate.
Partial returns will not be accepted e.g. you cannot return part of a packet of beads or some of a strand.
Special and discounted items are not returnable
if the goods are faulty or do not fit in with the description upon which you purchased the product then the products shall be refunded in full, however we need to have the product back in our possession to verify your claim, an alternative to sending us the product back is to send us a digital image of the product in question.
we may charge a restocking fee of 10% value of the returned items based on what you paid, or a flat figure of $5.00, this fee is imposed is at the discretion of spacetrader and it depends upon the circumstances of the return, if you received a discount at checkout the discounted price will be considered the return value.
If the total of unreturned products in the portion of your order that is not returned falls under the discount levels then any received discounts will not apply.
if returned items are damaged in the post when you return them, no refund can be issued.
Returns must be sent back to us in a professional manner, please use a padded envelope and use protective wrapping when shipping a product back to us, as a general rule, postage on returned items shall be paid for by the returner however in certain circumstances we may refund postage costs, e.g if we have sent you an incorrect product.

Refunds:
you can request a refund on your returns( less restocking fee) only if you paid order by credit card if you have paid by bank transfer or cheque we can only issue a credit note (unless there is special circumstances)
